Attention Jr. Rattler families, fans, players, and cheerleaders! Please welcome the 2012 Board of Directors.
We will miss our outgoing directors as they leave us to move on with their high school athletes. We wish them well. Thank you Tamara, Tammy, Kevin, and Tylene.
We welcome in Kathrine Cathey as our VP of operations, Reed Brown as VP of Football, Rikki King as Secretary, and LeeAnn Herrington as PR Director. They join our returning board members Gaylynn Asuncion as VP of Cheer, Janice Reese as Treasurer, and Ron Cannon as President.
Planning for the 2012 season is already under way. We look forward to another great year of football and cheer.
Please visit our web page often as new information will be posted soon.
Anyone wishing to join or staff in various important volunteer positions may contact us by clicking the contact us link on our web page and sending an email of interest to one or all of our board members. There are plenty of ways to get involved and be apart of the organization. Volunteers are the lifeblood of our success.
Congratulations to the California Shrine All Star team for the big wins in Florida. Josh Middleton and Brody Pearman pose with the cross state Shrine Bowl perpetual trophy as they were our Union Mine Jr. Rattlers selected to participate in the game. Brody was the starting cornerback and Josh was the starting center as they assisted in winning the games against both of the Florida all star teams. Way to go boys. We are all very proud of you. UMJR was well represented. Go Rattlers!!!
